  5. Subcommands:  (#) (A) (D) (N) (R) (S) (NS)
  6.  
  7.               (#) the bulletin number to view
  8.               (A) displays all of the bulletins
  9.               (D) immediately goes into download mode to send the bulletin
  10.               (N) displays a request bulletin only if it is new to the caller
  11.               (R) re-displays the Bulletin Menu choices
  12.               (S) scans the bulletins for text
  13.               (NS) displays request in non-stop mode
  14.  
  15. Description:  Allows viewing Bulletins available.
  16.  
  17. Selecting
  18. Bulletins:    Numbers can be stacked such as "1 2 3" or "1;2;3".
  19.  
  20.               Typing "A" will select all of the bulletins for display.
  21.  
  22.               Combining "A" with "N" would display all new bulletins while
  23.               combining "A" with "S" would search all bulletins and display
  24.               only those bulletins containing the search text entered.
  25.  
  26. Reading
  27. Bulletins:    Typing "NS" selects Non-stop mode which avoid page breaks in the
  28.               display.
  29.  
  30.               Typing "D" puts the system immediately into download mode to
  31.               send the file using the default protocol.
  32.  
  33. Examples:     1 2 3   - displays bulletins 1, 2 and 3
  34.               2 N     - displays bulletin 2 if, and only if, it is new
  35.               B A N   - displays all new bulletins
  36.               B A N D - using a batch protocol sends all new bulletins
  37.
